The certificate is international and entitles the holder to operate the international maritime VHF, MF and HF bands. Moreover, the certificate also entitles the holder to use DSC equipment on these bands. In the test, the holder has shown satisfactory knowledge in accordance with the requirements stipulated in document ITU RR Resolution 343 and CEPT/ERC Recommendation 31/04.
